We can help with generalized anxiety, panic attacks, stage performance/public speaking anxiety, sports related stress due to injuries, slumps, & mental blocks, auto accident victims, victims of abuse, PTSD, similar problems related to anxiety-producing sensations and much more.

When you call Counseling Solutions KC you will talk with one of our dedicated counselors. We will walk you through the process of setting up an initial appointment, give you directions to the office, and help you with insurance questions you might have. Our warm phone presence will help you know it is safe to ask questions. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 – 5:00.
